I attended with my 98 year old father- in- law who was scheduled to have a growth removed from his shoulder. He suffers from dementia, is extremely frail and can become easily agitated. I was concerned that he would not be able to remain still and settled enough to have the procedure under local anaesthetic. Mr Singh was excellent. He clearly explained what was involved and my father in law responded well to the team and was calm and settled. They were very patient and gentle when helping him from his wheelchair to the bed and constantly reassured him. A member of staff held his hand throughout the procedure. The growth was successfully removed under local anaesthetic. Thank you Mr Singh and team for your expertise, care and kindness.

Well I simply can’t add anything else as Dr Sing along with all the other staff have been truly amazing. I can’t thank him enough I would like to donate some money to the Bristol Trust and am looking into the best way to go about it. I feel the nurses were all amazing too.

I could not have asked for better care from Mark Singh or his team that he led so well in the matters of professional care, checking my identity, explanation of what was happening or intended, options with which I was in full agreement, recovery from the local anaesthetics in two places and finally the offer of coffee and even a biscuit!

Mr Singh has been very attentive and listened to my worries. He also went out of his way to see me before the operation to explain a worry I had when I didn't have an appointment. Thoroughly recommended My wife also supports my views.
